How come there are digital cameras on ebay from China for $0.01 with free shipping. ?

Maybe I don’t know enough about how ebay works but how can it be that there are brand new in box digital video cameras going for cents. The listings are all from China, I don’t get this, can it be real?

Personally I won’t buy from China on ebay. Check the completed items from them and you’ll see that probably none actually sold for a penny.
I have seen some creepy sellers advertise FREE SHIPPING only to find in tiny print that they charge a $25 handling fee or something ridiculous.
Check feedback and the stars to see what kind of seller you are dealing with.
www.toolhaus.org is an excellent site to filter out all but negative and neutral feedback so you can see what kind of complaints they get and see if there is a pattern.
