need car parts can i trust ebay?

I know few ppl that bought car parts like turbos off ebay and they said they are cheap for a reason… i need front and rear bumpers, tail light and a muffler .. ebays the cheapest you guys think its a good idea to buy em off there? idk y they so cheap thereee somethings wrong
