ok so i bought a item off of ebay and i found a coupon 10% off i put it in it took it down to like 6 something ok so when i went to continue with paypal i sign in and it took me back to that page and said u hit a speed bump or This redemption code is linked to another PayPal account and can’t be used with this PayPal account what does that mean and how can i fix it…Thanks
